Yaskawa (via MotoROS2) is currently in production. Doosan Robotics, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, and Universal Robots are on our roadmap, supported progressively through brand-specific adapters. Any robot with EtherCAT or ROS2 support can achieve basic motion control.
Safety is our #1 priority. The SDK Safety Layer enforces hardware-level speed, torque, and range limits. LLM-generated code is never trusted directly โ€” it must pass through safety verification, parameter validation, and optional dry-run simulation before execution.
No. Once code is generated and transferred to the Robot AI Box, it runs completely independently on the Jetson. Even voice control is processed locally. Internet is only needed during the code generation step with the LLM.
Customers subscribe to and manage their own LLM service (e.g., Claude). WIM provides the SDK and hardware โ€” LLM costs are separate and under your control. This keeps our pricing transparent and gives you freedom to choose your preferred AI provider.
Typically under 1 week. Day 1-2: hardware installation and connection. Day 2-3: first task demonstration with WIM engineer on-site. Day 3-7: operator training until your team can independently create and modify tasks in natural language.
